Apex (2016) AOS Version 5.03_9C17 Install Failed

Last night I attempted to upgrade my Apex 2016 to 5.03_9C17. After what appeared to be a normal install with a power cycle, the you need to upgrade the AOS notification went away but the diagnostics window shows This Apex is running AOS version 5.02 5A17, which is current. Is it time to open a support ticket?

I did the update before they pulled it and then saw that the apex wanted me to downgrade again

Same Here. It actually has fixed a lot of our issues too. Looking for guidance whether to stay or downgrade at this point.

If the update was successful then it's advised to remain on the new AOS.

how do you downgrade?? this new update has messed up all of my settings and almost fried my fish!! Right now my apex is out of commission and just turning on and off
