    Zombie, the pump will not run regardless, it’s 3 weeks old so I know there are no clogs etc as I put my trusty Tunze Ato back on using the Neptune tube. Plugged in and working. As I am going on holiday tomorrow I need to be confident top up is ok.
    Obviously there is a fault somewhere as I’ve moved the sensors completely out of water and sensor 1 is still closed?!?

    Did you ever figure out the issue? I'm having similar problems...
