Full Reboot

I was wondering if anyone does a full (including controller) shut down, power off and restart of their complete Apex system and how often? I shut my computers down every Friday evening and restart them Saturday (a habit from the old IBM PC and DOS days). Would the Apex controller benefit (recover memory, etc) from this?

I’ve only rebooted mine when there’s an issue. Like not connecting to the internet. Never had an issue
