    I've about had enough of this unit

    please can anyone help me
    i had a lot of issues with connecting to the unit ( resolved now by the tech team)
    then i had issues if salinity reports every hour even tho in range
    again now resolved

    but now it tells me my salinity is 85 and won't re calibrate as it says out of range
    and as its dark i noticed that the light flickers on the front of the unit , is this normal
    any help would be great before i return this to the shop as faulty
    its 3 days old

    but it all seems to take so long
    I've spent nearly a thousand pounds on this and so far i may swell stick my finger in the tank and taste it to get a better result

    so i have tried to reset the unit but the pin on the little button for 20 secs does nothing what so ever

    unplugged all the probes and the unit still gives me a reading of salinity 0 , ph 8 . temp 23.8
    i reckon its fudged

    I had tons of issues.. tech support could not fix... turned out I just needed to take my probe out of the water.. blow out the tip REALLY GOOD with a can of air.. I had little debris in the tip.. I hope this helps!!

    I installed mine yesterday and salinity is at 79!
    Customer support told me to leave the probe in the water for a couple weeks so it could adapt to the tank´s water and then calibrate.
    How did you solve your problem? did you calibrate again?
