ATK not working after AOS update

Has anyone else had issues with their Neptune ATK not working after the latest AOS update?
It has worked perfectly until the update but now no longer kicks on.
    Here is my code:
    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If ATO_Lo OPEN Then ON
    If ATO_Hi CLOSED Then OFF
    If ResLo OPEN Then OFF
    If FeedB 005 Then OFF
If Power Apex Off 005 Then OFF
If Time 22:00 to 03:23 Then OFF
If Time 03:30 to 08:00 Then OFF
When On > 002:01 Then OFF
    Defer 005:00 Then ON
    Defer 000:10 Then OFF
    Min Time 120:00 Then OFF

Your code looks good. You've probably already done this, but make sure none of your sensors is malfunctioning and stuck open or closed. Update the ATK (FMM) firmware, even if it says it's ok. Still doesn't work right, I'd cut the code, update the Apex, wait awhile, paste the code back and update again. If that still didn't fix it, I'd probably delete and reinstall the module. If that didn't fix it, I'd give up and call Neptune support.

    Thanks for the reply rkpeterson!
I rinsed off the sensor and it is working now.
I thought the sensor was reading open when I was having issues so I'm not sure if that is actually what got it working again.
If I have issues again I'll look back on this and go through the steps you outlined.
