I just want to say thank you for your service and follow up. My issue was connectivity to my Wifi and after a few months of having the issue I contacted Neptune Systems about the issue. At the time of contact I had lost complete connection to the internet and Fusion. I had to set up a phone call and connection with a Neptune Systems Representative. The problem was not solved, but a new unit is on its way! Great customer service and warranty!
