    Fusion no longer showing graphs?

So, I’ve done quite a bit of searching for this answer, but haven’t found exactly what I am looking for. I have had my Apex and Fusion account set up for just under 3 years, and last week, all my graphs stopped updating. I have read about this happening with a new Fusion account, but didn’t see this regarding an older account?

Any suggestions on this? I’m going out of town next week, and would sure like to get this resolved so I can track the system when I am away.
    Thanks in advance!

Also should add that this includes all of my dosing history as well. I have verified that my DOS pumps are in fact still dosing correctly, but I can no longer access a record of the specific dose history over a period of time.

Actually, it wasn’t. I did install the newest firmware a few hours ago, and checked all the modules, and everything is now current. Still no change on Fusion, but I can at least rule the firmware out, I guess.

I wonder if it will just 24 hours to start the graphs again?

I think that the Firmware update would count as a reboot, as everything cycles off, then turns back on?

So this is weird: I can pull up the graph if I “tap” on the actual reading in Fusion, it just won’t display the graph on the dashboard?

Try this: Tap Settings (gear button in the bottom right corner), then under ACTIONS, choose Reload.

I was able to reload from my IPad, but still nothing on the graphs.

Also, I can access the graphs and dosing summary (as I mentioned above), but not for the current day? Only 24 hours before the current time?

Wanted to confirm that I have at least figured out what Apex is doing, just not how to fix it...
If you look at the screen grab above that I just took, the graph ends exactly 24 hours ago. So the Apex/Fusion is tracking everything, just not letting me see anything for 24 hours. This is why the graphs on the dashboard are blank: because they are supposed to show the up to date information, and since Fusion is not making this info available for 24 hours, there is nothing to display. Any suggestions on how or why this would happen, and how I can correct it?

Go to the Configuration->Clock settings page in the Classic Dashboard, and check the date.

And check the other clock settings too... for you there in AZ, they should be:

    Auto-Set Enabled
    DST Disabled
    Time zone -7

Problem solved - thank you so much! Somehow the date was set to the day before. Have no idea how I managed to change that, but all the graphs are now back online. Thanks again to everyone for reading this and helping out!
