    Issues with time based program

I just transferred my large Neptune network over from a classic brain to a 2016 brain. All programming was done manually with the exception of some profiles that I imported from Fusion. I am running firmware version 5.03_2A18. The problems I am having and aware of are:

    1) Radion profiles are not tracking correctly (can control them manually with on and off commands though). At 7:30 PM today the intensity was still at 90% but should have been at <50%. At 9:05 PM they are still on at 88% and should be at 5%

    2) Several outlets that have time dependent programming are not coming on and going off at the correct time (can control manually just fine)

Time on the units displays correctly when connected directly and Fusion displays the local and Apex time correctly. What is going on?

You sure the apex clock settings are right? All the symptoms you describe are almost always caused by using the wrong UTC offset.

It is very frustrating! I am just scared that there is something wrong with the unit and it might crash my system. My Apex classic summary report is 18 pages long and it took me part of three days to get everything transferred over to the new 2016 brain. I don't want to do that again.

Neptune support confirmed the clock was not working in my unit and is replacing it.
