Hi wondering if anyone can offer some advice. My hubby is away for the next few days and we had a power cut, now Im getting a message saying Apex is disconnected. I have raised a ticket but dont know how long that will take for someone to get back to me, can anyone offer any advice in the meantime? I have already tried the following, Switching home wifi off and on again, disconnecting power from apex Brain, disconnecting usb from Neptune ASM, oh and rebooting the Apex...any other suggestions?
