Help! Apex not connecting with Fusion

Hi wondering if anyone can offer some advice. My hubby is away for the next few days and we had a power cut, now Im getting a message saying Apex is disconnected. I have raised a ticket but dont know how long that will take for someone to get back to me, can anyone offer any advice in the meantime? I have already tried the following, Switching home wifi off and on again, disconnecting power from apex Brain, disconnecting usb from Neptune ASM, oh and rebooting the Apex...any other suggestions? Thanks D

try and unplug the router and the brain , plug the router back in , wait 5 min then plug the apex back in.

Try resetting apex brain by putting a pin in the reset hole underneath the brain

Is your Apex otherwise running the tank ok? Is your system on wifi or hardwired?

I’m having the same problem. I haven’t been able to connect to fusion for several days. I’ve reset and rebooted my WiFi. Restarted and unplugged the apex classic. I also performed a wired firmware update a couple days ago. I even bought a new WiFi adapter thinking that might be the problem. Mine is running the tank but won’t connect to fusion.

Anyone figure out the fix? I'm looking all over the forums and coming up blank.

Try a static ip instead of DHCP. That has helped some with this bug.

Fixed my issue. i didn't assign a static ip (yet) although what you suggested gave me an idea. I resetted my assigned IP list and that did the trick.
