    Cannot access Dashboard on PC

Everything was working fine until I got a new router. It was working afterwards but then suddenly stopped. I am constantly getting "site cannot be reached. Timed out". I have no idea why. I do not have the display unit, but I confirmed the internal IP with the flash utility. Any ideas? I can access it through my phone.

EDIT: Also, according to Nmap, that host is down.

    How is it hooked up?

Have you hooked up another device to make sure the Ethernet works?

Did you change the port to something other than 80? If so you need ipaddress:port not just ipaddress.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Yes, the either does work. How do I get the port?

The http port is shown in the Browse Utility or Apex Flash Utility.

Then instead of just entering the ip address, enter ipaddress:9090

Then use http://ip-address:9900, or simply select the Apex then click on the Open in Browser button.
