    Fusion stopped sending emails

    So when I logged into my fusion today I noticed an icon indicating alerts on mt frag system. I have two apex base units. One on my DT and I keep a spare on my FT.


    I went into fusion to test my email alerts and no emails are coming through. I noticed my text alerts had the wrong carrier so I changes that. Still no text alerts. I added my work phone for texts and I am receiving those. Still no emails after about 10 minutes. Suggestions?

    no, I was getting them for 8 years. they suddenly stopped. filter is empty. Received one email on my one address 2 hours later checking both web mail and outlook as well as phone. still not receiving texts on the one number.

    That’s not possible - Apex Fusion didn’t exist until 2014.

    Are you perhaps using the Apex’s built-in email capability, and not Apex Fusion notifications?

    Meaning my cell phone numbers and both my personal and business email addresses have been used by my apex since my tank got wet in 2010. And that I have always been getting alerts from my apex then later on my fusion.

    So here I am one day and all of a sudden I am no longer getting texts and email


    My recent change in cell carriers would explain the texts. But I corrected that and still nothing. .

    When I had emails go wonky once, it was fixed by deleting the number/email and then setting them up again from scratch rather than editing them.

    You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

    I was able to add a new number and those texts work. the old ones dont. ill give that a try. thanks

    Interestingly, if I do a test page from the classic dashboard network screen I get messages at both my email addresses.

    well I am not sure if this is part of the same problem but likely I think. i am on vacation for a couple of weeks so I am spending a bunch of time on the tank. several times a day I noticed the apex is not responding to the fusion server. changes or simple on and off commands seem to fail...
