    Dimmable T5 won't turn off

I have the BRS dimmable T5 retrofit connected to my VDM. I can get it to adjust the brightness from 100% down to 0% ,but I can't get it to turn completely off. I'm not sure if this is a programming issue or if the VDM is just drawing a small current which is keeping the lights on. I currently have the ballast plugged into my energy bar and turn it off that way. Is there a way to set this up or program it so I won't have to use my energy bar. Thanks for any help.

Unplug the cable from the apex end and see if it dims the same as 0 or actually shuts off. If it shuts off completely when you do this, the only thing you could do is contact support for repair/replacement if you can't live with it and they are willing to do so. If it dims just like at 0, then there is nothing you can do outside of requesting a repair/replacement from your light manufacturer to get it to shut off at 0.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
