EB832 blinking orange light and dead outlet

EB832, couple weeks old, outlet 7 is off no matter what I do, and the status light is blinking.

I understand the blinking light means overcurrent but outlet 7 was a small Jebao powerhead that's still working fine, so I cant understand how it could be over drawn. It's been working on a QT for weeks, the problem seemingly developed while it was unplugged and being moved to a bigger tank.

Once the current limit is tripped, how do I "reset" it? I plugged the EB into my main Apex, did a firmware update, deleted, added it back to my other Apex, same thing. Is there a hardware issue ?
