Can it be done and what is the easiest way to be done

Looking to add a frag/propagation tank

Want to be able to control temp and ph and a breakout box and a few outlets

I'm running three tanks. Just need the pm1 modules for ph and temp. Add more pmx modules as needed for break out box or other probes.

Yes you can. Just not a pH and orp but you don't need orp most the time.

I have 5 completely separate systems controlled by 1 apex head unit. I have a PM2. Break out box and EB8 at each system. The head unit doesn't know anything different, it just turns on and off outlets. So what if those are in different tanks!

Earlier you asked about pH and temperature - the PM1 is the module for that, not the PM2, which allows conductivity and temp probes to be added.
