Trouble with DDR

A couple of weeks ago my DDR stop showing up in Fusion and local menu. I tried unplugging it several times , deleting the module and resetting it, but still no DDR reservoir switches or anything showing up in the new tile area! Is this unit Dead!!
what can I do? After just upgrading to Apex 2016 unit and adding the Wav pumps I'm tapped out and don't want to replace this as well.

Did you check the unused tile bin?

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

yes, that's what I meant by new tile area, it's not there!

I would probably hit up support then. You've already tried everything I would suggest.

I had that happen a few months ago. Sent it in for repair, turns out water got on the circuit board and shorted it out and needed to be replaced. I must have spilled slightly either filling it or when filling my ATO container that is near it. The repair cost on them is not to bad if it is out of warranty.

Did you try a complete restart of the DOS? Unplug power and Aquabus? I bet the DOS is not picking up the optical sensors.

Thanks guys I tried everything, now it goes back to Apex for repair as they are quite reasonable on the repair from $35 - $55 for the repair depending on whats needed. Looks like I will be manually dosing for the time being.

Did you just send back the DDR, or the DOS as well? If just the DDR, you wouldn't have to manual dose, just use different containers.
