Ok. New here & probably the dumbest question ever! Got an Apex as a gift 2 years ago. Never set it up. Trying now. First thing they want to know is which product/model I have. I believe it’s an Apex Fusion. I’ve looked everywhere on the devices & on the boxes & inside on any printed material, but cannot find any model. I do see a serial # 53684. Anyone??
Apex Fusion is a web site - a cloud-based Apex management system. Most likely, you have an Apex Classic. Does it look exactly like this?
