Can anyone give me some thoughts on using Wav's on my tank. It is 4ft long x 3ft. However only 13" deep and i have a shallow sand bed. Are these going to be too powerful and kickup all of my sand on the shallow tank? Im struggling with some Jebao pumps and very seriously considering these. Iv just not been able to find any examples on a shallow tank.
My tank is 36" x 24" X12" and I am running 2 wave pumps that peak at about 10% on Maverick setting. I've been running them this way with only sand in the tank to see where the pumps want to push the sand. My live rock is due on Thursday and after leveling the sand bed, I intend on strategically placing rock to cover the places on the bottom of the tank that have been swept clean. I think once the rock is in, I will be able to turn the pumps up a bit more.

Here is the way the Wavs have the sand bed arranged. The pumps are on the back of the tank, about 1/3 of the way down and angled up slightly. This will be the reference photo for when I add the live rock so that hopefully the rock keeps the sand from blowing around. If you want I can post one after the rock is in.
