I have (1) tunze 6105 on each side of my 8' 300 gallon tank. I have them on different programming cycles but will like to try something new but can't figure out how to do it. The most turbulent spot in my tank is the center where the tunzes collide with one another. I would like to move that turbulent spot to the left and back to the right then repeat. So maybe every 15 minutes or so the flows collide at different spots in the tank. I would accomplish this by first setting the tunzes equal to 100% power, then 15 minutes later I can keep the right tunze at 100% and decrease the left tunze to 75%. Then 15 minutes later decrease the left tunze to 50%. Then 25% then maybe 10%. Then we could go back to the middle by increasing every 15 minutes by the same amount. Then we could do the opposite and start decreasing the right tunze while leaving the left tunze at 100%. Then repeat. This way, the turbulent collision starts in the center, then slowly moves all the way to the left, then back to middle, the slowly moves all the way to the right, then back to middle again. I saw a BRS video where they did that with the apex and the Gyre pumps. Can this be accomplished with the programmable tunzes? So far I have come up with this but I do not think it is right.
