Gyre/Icecap: Power from Apex or no?

    Hello all,

I'm in the planning stages converting from Digital Aquatics to Neptune...

I'm currently at 10 outlets I need to control and looking for ways to pare that down to 8 so I don't have to buy an expansion energy bar.

I have a Gyre, and an unused IceCap interface (never modified it to work with DA). With the Apex controller, do I need to plug the Gyre into a controllable outlet or will I have full control with the IceCap module?

    Thanks!!

There is no need to plug the Gyre power supply into an EnergyBar outlet.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
