    ATK with (2) FMM

    Hi all,

I have a programming / task issue I am hoping to get some answers to. I recently had my Water mixing next to my sump in my basement but it was to tight of an area so I decided to move the containers - now they are 20 feet away and I really don't want to daisy chain cables to it.

So I have a FMM that I was using with my UV with a flow detector - but don't really need it, so I was removed the FMM and put it over by the water tanks, all my RO is ran, I have the original FMM next to sump with sensors.

I programmed the FMM the same but it is not kicking on.

Is there something else I need to be doing? I deleted the modules and am going to start fresh. How would you program it?

Hey everyone - hoping someone can chime in here - I thought I had is set correctly.

So I did the autorun for the first FMM for the sensors - set the low and high. They are Swx17_1 and Swx17_2

Then I copied over the code for the PMUP to my other FMM

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If Swx17_1 OPEN Then ON
    If Swx17_2 CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 010:00 Then OFF
    Defer 000:10 Then ON
    Defer 000:04 Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

It ran once yesterday then switched to OFF

I put it back on AUTO and today the sump was low it did not kick on?

    Any Ideas??

If it won't come on even when set to ON, more than likely the pump is clogged.

It also won't come on if you don't plug it back in. However now it runs when I manually turn it on.

When I put it back to auto it turns off. I set it back to auto and it is below the sensor and it is still not kicking on?

    Any ideas?

Do both sensors show closed? If not they might need a light cleaning or the connector reseated.

Was it off for at least an hour? If not the min time might be what's biting your test. You can usually still test without waiting an hour but you have to go from manual ON to AUTO, not OFF to AUTO.

No one shows open and one closed.

When your using the "When On > 010:00 Then OFF" it will turn it manualy off so evertime you will have to put it back to Auto.

It's not supposed to be on in that condition. It can only turn on when both show open.

Unless you have a 100 gallon sump, if the pump runs more than 10 minutes locking it out is usually a good thing. If you don't like that approach, there are other ways to do failsafes. I have them all listed in a guide I wrote a couple years ago.
