    Optical Sensor Alarms

    Hi All,

    I'm trying to set a text alarm for fluid levels in my mixing station. I have 3 sensors: RO_HI, RO_LO, SW_LO. I attempted to code alert to;

    Set OFF
    If RO_Hi CLOSED Then ON
    If SW_LO OPEN Then ON
    If RO_Lo OPEN Then ON

    Currently I my levels are RO_HI=Open, RO_LO=Closed, SW_LO=Closed. Yet alarm status is On?

    Did you set the outlet to AUTO?

    Outlet is on Auto, my dashboard shows the RO_LO is closed, yet I get an alarm saying it is open :/

    You say this is a mixing station, so is the water level fluctuating due to turbulence? If it is, then try adding a DEFER 000:05 Then ON. This will buffer out any fluctuations.

    Don't know then. Did you copy paste the code or transcribe it? It's possible you missed the set OFF.

    Make sure you only have one switch input named RO_LO.
