Legacy Android app.

Does anyone know if the legacy Android app works with the 2016 apex? I've got it working with my classic just fine but it gives me an error connecting to the 2016 even after verifying that the settings are correct.

I couldn't find any info here on the forum so I'm not sure if I'm the first to try this or what?
