    New Apex - Fusion Problems

I got my Apex yesterday. After hooking everything up, I was able to link it to Fusion. Fusion says that it is getting updates from the Apex controller.

I have the latest firmware on Apex and all modules.

I seem to have good connectivity (4 disconnects yesterday, but that was while I was configuring it and moving it).

The problem is that the dashboard on Fusion shows static values for all probes. Fusion shows: Salt 1.1 ORP:58 Temp: 20.6 pH 12.4. Meanwhile when I go to Apex Local the values are Salt 46.5 (which I am confident is wrong), ORP: 172, Temp: 79.1 and pH: 8.05.

Any thoughts, guidance, opinions, guesses etc. appreciated.

Remove your apex from fusion. Restart the apex and get a new token and then add it back to fusion again.

Garvin6609, do not hijack a thread as you have done here. Your questions are not “slightly different”; they are totally off-topic in this thread. In the future, start a new thread instead of disrespecting the person who started a thread by blatantly hijacking his or her thread.

Temperature Probes can be either Celsius or Fahrenheit, which can be changed on the Inputs page then selecting the temp probe.

ORP is displayed in millivolts (mV).

The Apex 2016 salinity probe displays in PPT.
