Not able to run Task Setup for ATK

    Hi everyone,
I had posted a few months back about an issue I was running into where I couldn't get the ATK to work properly when hooked up to the APEX so I went on standalone mode... and now I started running into the module not working properly on standalone mode so figured I would put it back onto the Apex but am running into the issue of Configuring the ATK on the Tasks Menu...

I'm still left with an ATK that won't run the water fill cycle which is frustrating.

-A. Is it because I already have it configured and I don't need to do it again? I already have the ATK icon on my main dashboard.

I've included a photo below of the prompt that I get from Apex and then text notifications that I receive are as follows:
    SUBJ:Apex Fusion Power Issue:apex
    MSG:Failed (lists the time).
    Restored: (lists the time)

Hi there, I actually just re ran the update to the whole apex to make sure that for if some reason the FMM module was missing out on the update it would grab the new info but Im still getting this message.

Is there a way to update a specific module that I'm missing? I thought you were just supposed to run the main Neptune Apex update and then it update everything.

When you update the Apex, only the base unit is updated. You need to update the modules individually.

    Classic or 2016?

Are you kidding me? LOL I'm actually running on the 2016 version, I had no idea that there was individual module updates. Do you have a link that explains how to do this?

Nevermind, I have the Classic Gold, I keep forgetting they came out with the new one and that's the 2016

From the page where you download Apex Classic firmware:

And info about updating modules is also in recent Classic firmware announcements, such as the latest one: https://forum.neptunesystems.com/sho...-now-available.
