Hello, so I updated the firmware on my apex "gold" about 2 weeks ago. I was getting 2-4 txt alerts a day about apex power failures lasting about 30 seconds each.
Although not eliminated, the failures are much less now. Last one was maybe 3 days ago.
Anyways, I've been unable to login to fusion on my iPhone in the last week. It says " please ensure your username and password are correct".
I can login with no problems on my iPad with my username and password and the desktop dashboard accessed with IP address is fine too. I'm also able to use the controller as well.
i did notice that after the update, there is the little link tile on the iPad (and the iPhone, while I could still access fusion).. when I tap it, it wants the coin info...however, there is no coin to be found on the desktop dashboard.. any advice greatly appreciated.
