Hi, My Apex is working great at home (on the network) and I can control by the Iphone App when at home.
I can access my Apex away from home by logging in on a computer but the App on my phone won't connect and says " The request Timed out"
I have been through the manual and on line regarding port forwarding and set up a dyn account but I
I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction as I seem to be a little lost now.
