    Apex fusion connection

    Hi Guys
I own an Apex Classic WITHOUT display. This afternoon I tried to change programming on my radions. After submitting the programme I lost connection to my apex fusion. Since than I have successfully reloaded the new firmware as well as the new firmware pages. However I am not able to see the dashboard on my local but able to see configuration page. I am not sure what is going in the apex is constantly going in the restart mode. I am still not able to connect using fusion what seems to be the issue.
Below r pics of my configuration page.

It may or may not help, but try 8.8.8.8 for secondary DNS server.

A couple of other things that may potentially help.

    1. Update the module firmware of every device. I may be wrong, but I have seen a pattern related rebooting with the most recent firmware and old module firmware (There has also been a pattern of reboots due to network issues as well).

    2. Try removing and relinking fusion to get it to connect again.

    3. You can always try updating firmware and webpages again. This only helps in like 1-5% of cases but still can help on rare occasions when a byte got corrupted along the way.

Thanks how can I remove and relink fusion? The rebooting has stopped as of last night hoping it won't happen again. I am able to log on to my apex dashboard.

Go to fusion, delete the apex from your account in the apex list, then follow the instructions you did when you originally linked it.

ok so after my support call with Neptune Luis was able to correct the issue and get my apex working again as well as i was able to connect it using fusion.....he was able to log into my apex and clear some corrupted data which sometimes can come up when rebooting or updating the firmware....i am very thankful to their support system for getting this back on track....
