    Fusion App Touch ID problem

    Hello,
    I used to be able to access Fusion via the app on my iphone6.
    Recently, a pop up states, "Touch ID for "Apex Fusion", Authenticate to access your account" and a "Cancel".
    I can't log in as usual with username and password. It does not recognize my finger print.
    How do I get rid of this ?
    Do I need to delete app and start a new one?

    P.S. I have no problems logging into fusion via the computer...it's only the new fingerprint verification.

    I updated my iPhone 7 from iOS 10 to iOS 11.3 today and now whenever I will open the Apex Fusion app it only is displaying a white screen on the start up and gradually crashes itself after a while. How to fix it guys?
