Disable ATK at certain times?

I’m new to Apex. What would be the best way to not have the ATK start the pmup during certain times. I want to disable the ATK at night while my kids are sleeping. When the pmup goes on in the night when all is quiet it startles them sometimes. Put the pump outlet on a time schedule? Or set up a feed mode to disable the ATK say from 9:00 PM -7:00 AM? I currently have the ATK using the default program when I set it up in tasks. It’s a APEX 2016.

I'd use an if time command to keep it off during the night

If Time XX:XX to YY:YY then OFF


At the end. You may also need to adjust your when statement time because it will dump quite a bit of water in the morning that may take longer than the default 5 minutes.
