    Lunar timing

I live in Vancouver BC, Canada, but I want the lunar lighting to work with my timing of sunrise 9 AM and 9 PM sun set, or eastern time zone. Does anyone have a code for that. The code that is there now is default and I am sure it is not correct for my timing. (Set OFF. If Moon 000/000 Then ON)

    Thanks

Either modify the moon settings in the seasonal table (best way) or create an offset. A 1 hour offset would be if Moon 060/060
