A significant update has just been made to APEX Fusion.

Here are the release notes:

Module Update Alerts
  • You'll be alerted by a badge next to the Apex name on the dashboard to update module software if a module is found to be running an outdated software version.

Calendar
  • A recently-introduced bug that affected Scheduled events was corrected, and a long-standing bug which caused scheduled events containing a day of the week restriction to incorrectly compute an extremely restrictive schedule was resolved.
  • Catch-up of scheduled events has been changed to match that of Recurring events, i.e., if a long-overdue event is completed, the next occurrence used for the event will be the next occurrence in the future, rather than that of a past, missed occurrence.

Power Log
  • On Apex 2016 systems, the Power Log view has been enhanced to improve clarity of the power usage and power cost summaries. Cost per kWh can now be specified in any currency, and, for those lucky individuals with inexpensive electricity, the number of decimal places allowed in the per-kWh entry field has been increased.

Power Usage Alarm Task
  • On Apex 2016 systems, a power usage alarm task will now appear in the list of available tasks.

Workarounds
  • A workaround was implemented for an iOS 11 bug that causes the cursor to be incorrectly positioned.

User Interface
  • The UI look and feel has been refreshed to improve clarity and legibility.

Despite the relatively short list of release notes, this is a MAJOR update. The last item involved extensive work by the APEX Fusion development team; the changes, both visible to you and behind-the-scenes, are quite widespread.
