upgraded base station to new 2016 model. old programing not working

I have the following program running for an outlet on a eb8, the input (rodi) comes from a pressure switch connected to a pm2. all this was working on the old classic base station. but this outlet remains off no matter what the pressure switch inputs.

    outlet Water:
    "fallback OFF
    If RODI CLOSED Then ON
    If RODI OPEN Then OFF"

i have confirmed the switches are working. I do have another outlet, same eb8, same pm2 inputs, also not responding, but a third working just fine?
also not working outlet saltfill: "Fallback OFF
    If Sltmt OPEN Then on
    If SltFul CLOSED Then OFF"

but working just fine outlet mixingpumps: "Fallback OFF
    Set ON
    If Sltmt OPEN Then OFF"

You aren't setting a default state for the outlets that aren't working in your programming. Add Set OFF after the Fallback lines on each outlet and see if that doesn't fix it.

FYI, setting outputs to come ON when a switch is open is generally a bad idea because switches normally fail in the open position.

I’ve tried adding a set statement which didn’t do anything, it would also defeat the whole programming of my saltfill outlet. i'd like to still point out all this programing above worked perfectly on my apex classic

As for the fail open statements, there are redundant back ups to kick in should one fail.

Just to clarify, you confirmed the switches are working, but have you confirmed that the Apex us recognizing the switch operation? I.e is fusion showing the switches closed?

also, simple and obvious, is the outlet set to auto?

Yes, I did confirm that the switches are seen and working in fusion. And the outlets are set to auto.

Make sure that you have not inadvertently given two different switch inputs the same names.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
