A module is running outdated software. - ATK set up

I'm trying to set up my ATK and I continue to get stuck on step 2 of 8 with the error message that my firmware is not current.

The apex is showing current firmware in my APEX application on my computer. I made sure to update web pages also.

But when I log into fusion, it is showing that my software is outdated.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Go to your local classic dashboard.

    192.168.1.132

Login is admin, password is 1234.

    Then Configuration > Module Setup.

Select the module to update from the top left.

    Select update firmware.

Currently having the same problem but with 7 of them. I have taken the same steps as explained but they will not update for me. They are all appearing as display modules as well. I am running the latest firmware. The apex fusion app will not control anything from my phone either. I've been trying to set this up for two days now with no luck.

I'm having the same issue. I've updated the web pages, but cannot get the "update firmware" option to work. Get the message "No Configuration Options Available".

Did you ever figure out how to solve this?

    Screen shot of the error.

    Classic or 2016 Apex?

You show 2 display modules. How many do you have?

If only 1, update them all. The 1 that changes from old to ok is the correct one. Delete the other.

I only have one... neither would update. I deleted one, and then rebooted the system and did "update module" directly from the controller, and now there is one showing "OK"... so, not sure what exactly was the fix, but it seems to be working now. Thank you for the quick help!
