This is a peer to peer help forum. Neptune doesn't monitor it. I suggest calling Neptune or sending them an email.
The Neptune Store EU is a distributor in Europe, and is not associated with Neptune Systems other then selling there products and naming their company similar to Neptune Systems in the US.
Have you contacted Neptune Store EU directly? Also like @Frogfish said send a support ticket to Neptune Systems as well.

I think the threaded elbow come only in US, because here it's a different pipe system standard. My FS-50 and another FS-100 I see in my LFS here in Italy (from EU importer Nordic Reef - DK) are without any further fitting. The thread is the same of our standard PVC pipes (we call "GAS thread") that is available in shops.
Problem solved. Neptunestore.eu sent me the elbow. Thanks!
