    AFS doesn't seem to work

Hi - I've just added a new AFS from BRS and after programming using the wizard, the unit doesn't operate. The led is glowing green and is recognized by Apex Fusion so I'm at a loss of what else to do. Below is the program that the wizard created. Biggest issue is I'm leaving town on Friday - so up a creek if I don't get this working. Thanks in advance!

    OSC 000:00/000:30/000:30 Then ON
If Time 00:00 to 22:30 Then OFF
If Time 22:32 to 00:00 Then OFF
    If FeedA 000 Then ON

Does it rotate when you select FeedA?

You might have some luck by updating the module firmware for it in the classic dashboard.

Ok I’ll try that in the morning even though the firmware says it’s up to date. Thanks for the input!

To close this off - Neptune CS gave me multiple instructions to troubleshoot this issue and what I found while working through the instructions was that the motor gear and subsequent gear were out of alignment. Snapping the two into place solved the issue.
