Atk turned on and didnt stop

I had an error with my ATK, the module was flashing so i unplugged it (power and usb) and plugged it back in. The pump turned on and none of the fail safes caught it. Luckily i was watching it and saw it happen - i let it run until it was just over optic2 sensor just to see if it would turn off, it didnt and i had to unplug it. Any ideas? Below is my code.

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If optic1 OPEN Then ON
    If optic2 CLOSED Then OFF
    If WTRCSW CLOSED Then OFF
    If ATOSW CLOSED Then OFF
If Output FEED_10MIN = ON Then OFF
If Output waterchange = ON Then OFF
If Output waterchange2 = ON Then OFF
    If LeakTA CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 002:30 Then OFF
    Defer 000:15 Then ON
    Defer 000:05 Then OFF
    Min Time 015:00 Then OFF

I don't see a problem in the code.

Did the outlet get put in ON instead of AUTO?

Do you have the sensors set to optical instead of auto-detect?

Have you checked to see if the optical sensors are changing state correctly?

    It was in auto
    Optic1 was in auto-detect
Optic2 was not auto for some reason
the sensors seem to be working both showed closed when this happened.

Could it have been due to the reset on the FMM? Like it just sent power to the pump due to the reset, and didnt have a chance to realize what was happening? Once i reset it again it has been working correctly.

Change the sensors to optical. Auto-detect is still pretty buggy and was probably the issue.
