    Apex classic not switching outlets

Plese can someone help, my apex is no longer switching to outlets on my eb6. So it would see that at 4.50am my heater didn't shut off and I noticed this morning the tank was too hot. I was unable to operate the outlets via fusion or the display. The graphs haven' been updated in fusion since around 7am but the figures next to them seem to be live. Feed modes won' work nor will switching of outlets.

Does anyone one have any suggestions as starting to panic now. Thank

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and a reboot fixed it. Try updating the EB6 firmware if you haven't already.

Was this when you had that flood? Scary stuff, I didn't even want to read about it. Any Apex problem that would stump you, there's no hope for the rest of us.

Yep. Stumped support too so really confusing. It shall henceforth be known as the mystery flood.

Can you confirm the reboot process, just so I know I've done it correctly.
Also how do you update the eb6 firmware?

Many thanks for all you help so far

I unplugged it from the wall, waited a minute and plugged it back in.
