Lost Power from Acc 2 on 1LINK module

I'm using the second 24vdc accessory port for a cooling fan which has been working fine but now I'm not getting any power. Acc port 1 (used for my PMUP on my ATK) works fine and I've tried the fan on this port to check operation and it works fine. What could cause the problem? Even when manual ON there is no power from Acc 2. Any thoughts would removing the module and re-installing possibly resolve it or is it a hardware issue?

    Probably a hardware issue.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
