    Cor 20 with flow sensor

I'm interested in the Cor 20 and already have a 1 inch flow sensor hooked up with 1 inch pipe . Now I'm reading that to get the most flow from the pump is to use 1.25 inch pipe however Neptune doesn't have a 1.25 flow sensor. Why would Neptune recommend a 1.25 when they don't even have a flow sensor in that size?

Would it make a difference if I changed the pipe to 2 inch and added the 2 inch sensor? If I do I can only do the first 12 inches or so of pipe before it branches off into the 3/4 inch pipe.

Honestly I would probably just do 1" all the way. There is a high chance the minor losses from doing multiple reducers and expanded will outweigh the savings in friction losses from the larger pipe.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
