    Question: MP40

    New Apex user, can't get the MPs to work at all.

    WXM is connected please see the module screen shot in the PDF file.

    Do you see anything incorrect in my Apex Fusion set up???

    You programmed a VarSpd output, which is for controlling pumps and lighting which has 0-10v speed/dimming control input. You need to pair the Vortech with the WXM; after you do that, anew output will appear - that is the output you’ll need to program. See the WXM Get Started guide on Neptune’s web site.

    Also, your EB832 shows as having old firmware but it a actually has the latest, and the WXM shows as OK, but it does not have the latest. This tells me that your Apex has a quite old version of AOS installed Update it. Then update the EB832 and the WXM.     Thank you Russ!

    I have updated the EB832 & WXM - see attached PDF.

    I get an error msg when updating to the latest AOS got a confirmation that the update was successful (please see attached PDF).

    MY Current APEX AOS is 5.01_2C17
    Newest AOS 5.03_CA17

    Also went through the MP pump configuration but still do not see anything in the OUTPUT for Vortech.

    Re: the error - After you did the AOS update, the Apex restarted to run the new AOS. So you simply needed to reload the web page and login again
