    Another PH calibration help requestw

I've read through the forums and tried the manual calibration with the same results as the auto calibration. Any other suggestion for a successful calibration. I've tried with two probes with same outcome.

    Any help appreciated.

Nobody knows what you are trying to calibrate.

Leave in 7.01 solution for 5 minutes and make sure all bubbles have been dislodged (lightly tap the probe at an angle while in the solution). Press complete for that step and lightly shake off any liquid before moving to the next step. Repeat the same process for the 10.01.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I attempted your suggestion with same results. Would resetting to factory setting "deprogram" the PH port allowing me to calibrate the PH probe?

I don't see in this thread what the actual problem is...you just say that manual calibration gives the same results as auto. That's what it's supposed to do! I'm guessing you had problems with auto calibration in the past?

Using 4.01 calibration fluid to calibrate the probe I will use in the calcium reactor. I was using it previously in the sump but decided to repurpose for calcium reactor. When I attempt to calibrate the numbers never change remaining in the 7.73 range.

Yep. Will a reset to factory settings help?

Possibly, but not worth the hassle. There is a process in place that resets the probe calibration but I don't recall how it's done. Send a ticket to support and they can send you instructions to do so.

Float a new solution pouch in the sump to bring it up to tank temp. Disconnect the probefrom the apex, Run a manual calibration with the probe diconnected, reboot the apex, reconnect the probe and place in the calibration fluid at tank temp and do a manual calibration. Avoid the auto calibration.
