Can someone point me in the direction of the Document that was made several years ago that listed Best practices for programming. I don't remember if it was made by Ken or not.

I don't personally know what thread you are referring to. If it was made by Ken, then I can almost guarantee you it's on ReefCentral and not here, but due to the significant number of changes since Ken stopped being involved, those best practices may no longer apply or have been improved upon since then.
If you can be specific about what you want to know, we can tell you what the current best practices are.

After finding Kens sight it was definitely his Alarm programming. I used t a few years ago to set up my AC3 at the time. Maybe I should have just asked for Alarm and Warning programming from people so I can see If Im currently missing something.

You have decent form there. On your alert, which I assume is your sound alarm, I would add a short defer so it doesn't chirp at you for noise. 10 seconds is probably sufficient there.
I would also add temperature alarms for sure but you can be pretty wide with those bounds so you only get alerts for real emergencies. 2 degrees outside the min and max temps shown in your temp graph is a good compromise between sensitivity and eliminating misoperations.

Thanks Zombie. That’s exactly what I’m looking for.
