    EB 832 voltage error

Hello I am away from my tank and my eb832 shut down on me on dash board it says voltage error. I had someone unplug it and replug In. Also unplugged usb's and replugges in. On module page I performed an update for the eb832 but nothing. All outlets on eb832 are not working. Any suggestions?

You could have blown a breaker or fuse if nothing connected to it is powered. If the things connected to it are still powered and working correctly, then it could just be that your utility is having a voltage drop issue that they haven't fixed yet. What is the voltage reading?

Have whoever is at your house checking plug something in the wall to check the circuit is working and reset the breaker and/or GFCI if it's not. If the circuit works, have them reset the fuse on the EB832. If it's still no go after that, have them check what the status LED is doing and report back what you hear.

Is the reset button on the back of the unit? Outlet is on. Gfci was all good.

Yeah. It's on the back side. If the LED is lit up though, That means the fuse isn't tripped and they don't need to check the back (must be unplugged from aquabus if you have a secondary feed for this to be true).

Led is blinking a white color. And some of the little red indication lights for each channel are on.

First have them reset the fuse on the backside in case white means no mains. If that doesnt help I would call support and send a ticket if they don't answer. Any color other than orange is an error code that is not listed in the manual.
