    PMUP propeller rusty and blocked after one year!

    One of my PMUP just stopped during my weekly water change. After I open the pump to see the propeller, I found out that the magnetic blowup as you can see on the picture. Did some one had this problem?

    Yep this happened to mine too after 6 months. Opened a ticket with support and got it replaced.

    I had the same thing happen to the impeller from a Sicce pump for my skimmer. The plastic sheathing covering the impeller magnet can crack lets water in, causing the impeller magnet to rust.
