How to access or reset Apex Classic network setting after switching router

Over the weekend I changed my home networking router from Apple Airport to TP-Link.

Old Apple router DHCP ip range was 10.0.1.xxx
New TP-Link router DHCP range is 192.168.0.xxx

My Apex networking setting was not using DHCP and fixed it at 10.0.1.209
Now after switched to the new router and finished resetting every other systems, I come to realize that I forgot to reset the Apex setting back to use DHCP.

I used the Apex browse utility software and it did find my apex still at 10.0.1.209, but I cannot access the Apex typing in that IP.

Any suggestions? What else can I do to at least temporarily access the Apex so I can change its network settings to 192.168.0.xxx?
Is there a reset button on the Apex Classic that can reset its network settings?

    Problem resolved.

Apparently the Apex Browse Utility has network reset function. Using the "Configure" button and typed in the new IP. My problem is solved.
