    Apex Alarm/ATO programming

I have installed a Neptune ATK and setup an alarm for when the water level reaches the high water eye. Problem is, my water level in my return chamber goes up and down minute by minute. There are many times it hits the high water eye and I get false alarms. Is there a way to program that alarm to defer for 1 or 2 minutes so I don’t get false alarms but will get notified if my water level does get too high?? I don’t want to defer my other alarms, just this one.

A global defer of 1-2 minutes can actually be beneficial, but it only works for alarms programmed in the email outlet and the standard defer of 10 seconds on alarms made in the inputs page cannot be changed. If you want a different defer on just this you can do so with a virtual outlet (remove it from wherever you have it programmed now).

    HighH2O
    Set OFF
    If Switchname CLOSED Then ON
    Defer 002:00 Then ON

    Email
    (Existing code)
If Outlet HighH2O = ON Then ON

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
