I have a Apex Classic black label that won’t connect using Ethernet cable. Once the cable is plugged in the green Ethernet led flashes slowly. What does this mean? Thanks in advance.

Green led flashing means that data is being transmitted and the orange LED means the Ethernet port has power.
Did you enable DHCP and reboot your apex after plugging in the Ethernet cable? The apex classic requires a reboot for network settings to take effect.

Yes. Verified DHCP was enabled and then rebooted. NO COMM and still have slow blinking green Ethernet port led. The led on my other Apex system and a buddy of mine is steady on.
Try a different Ethernet cable.

I changed cables and I had the same issue. The other end of the cable is connected to my Ethernet switch and neither led is illuminated.
