Help needed resolving warnings from DOS/DDR

I recently re set up my DOS/DDR after a bout of Dino's. (Which I have finally conquered, but that is another novel)

I have the system set up as per the Neptune website and it is working and dispensing alk and calc according to schedule.

However, one DDR switch shows closed, and one shows open despite both containers being full.

I get this message every morning at 8 am
    Status:ON
Statement: If Outlet DDR_low=ON Then On

    Then at 8:02 am
    Status:OFF
    Statement: Set OFF

My DDR program warning is set as follows

    Set OFF
    If Swx6_1 OPEN Then ON
    If Swx6_2 OPEN Then ON
If Time 19:02 to 07:59 Then OFF
If Time 08:02 to 18:59 Then OFF

I have updated everything and even reinstalled the DOS/DDR but the problem persists.

    Any help?

    Worth a shot...
Unplug/plug the optical sensor in. There was a post about an issue someone had that was caused by the plug not seating all the way. It was caused by the rubber on the plug not letting it go in far enough.
Try switching the two where they are plugged it to, see it the problem follows the optical sensor or remains with the same switch address.

This is not applicable to a DDR.

I have my DDR to alert me set as follows
    Set OFF
    If Cal OPEN Then ON
    If Alk OPEN Then ON
If Time 19:02 to 07:59 Then OFF
If Time 08:02 to 18:59 Then OFF

The issue I have is at 19:00 I get an alert that the DDR is low and at 19:02 it alerts that the DDR is Off again
The containers are full and the fusion display tile indicates full as well so they are not actually low.
    Thanks
    Don
