Has anyone done performance testing on the COR-15 when pushing through 3/4". It would be nice to see a head chart for that. It does come with a .75" slip fitting still right?

Head is much more complicated than a simple chart. There are online calculators that you can use that require a small amount of knowledge in how fluid mechanics work. If you list all of the parameters including size and number of fittings, vertical height, and horizontal lengths, I can run the numbers for you.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
Thanks Zombie, I have 2.5' .75"ID poly tubing, 2.5' .75 rigid PVC, 1 90 degree fitting. I may put a .75 or 1" tee at the end. This is a redsea reefer 450.
I just finished setting my cor 15 up in my waterbox 135.4 which I think would be similar in specs to your reefer. I am running 1" from the pump to a 1" flow sensor which then is 1" to the tank where the return is 3/4".
At 100% i am getting a reading of 530gph. I was hoping for a bit more so I could T off for a reactor and maintain 500+
